The role independently manages and executes complex turnkey, residential, commercial, or school construction projects, prepares and optimizes construction schedules, conducts site inspections, coordinates personnel and subcontractors, and plans materials. It requires a completed civil engineering degree, an independent and results-oriented working style, and a hands-on approach; prior construction experience is advantageous.
