Microsoft is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead the Gävle Metro portfolio, delivering six concurrent hyperscale data center projects across design, construction, commissioning, and turnover. The role establishes delivery strategy and governance, manages scope, schedule, cost, capacity, quality, sustainability, and operational readiness, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, controls financial and commercial risk, and leads technical and constructability improvements. The position is primarily site-based, may require support at other locations, and requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, significant related experience, and business fluency in English. The typical base pay range in Sweden is SEK 834,000 to SEK 1,421,000 per year.
