Description
Microsoft is hiring a Campus Construction Project Manager to drive campus-based delivery solutions for new construction and retrofits, including data center facilities. The role reviews engineering documentation, site and building plans, technical risks, and constructability; oversees procurement, budgets, schedules, scope, vendor and contractor performance, safety compliance, audits, and incident investigations; and coordinates with internal teams, owners, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field plus 10+ years of related experience or equivalent experience, with 12+ years of data center project experience preferred. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $116,900-$203,600 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
