The role manages schedules, budgets, permits, compliance, self-perform crews, subcontractors, clients, quality control, and project adjustments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, at least five years of construction project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with project management software. The position is in person and requires relocation to Baton Rouge before starting work.
