Description
Munkedal Municipality is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead construction and property projects from initial needs analysis through completed construction contracts. The role covers project delivery, quality, finances, building permits, authority and consultant coordination, estimates and budgets, inspections, handover, condition assessments, maintenance planning, tender and construction documentation, and procurement. The position is based in the municipality's technical unit and requires relevant construction or property education, extensive construction or property project management experience, knowledge of specified Swedish building regulations, a Category B driving licence, and the right to work in Sweden.
