The role coordinates shop drawings, submittals, field verification, schedules, budgets, financial performance, change orders, vendors, and project stakeholders, while managing multiple projects and identifying risks early. Candidates need at least five years of relevant project management experience, strong organizational and Excel skills, and a valid driver's license; familiarity with cabinetry, construction software, and bilingual English/Spanish are advantages. The salary is $85,000–$110,000 annually.
