OCMI is hiring a Project Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to manage capital improvement, renovation, infrastructure, and facility-upgrading projects from concept through completion. The role coordinates stakeholders, contractors, design professionals, consultants, and regulatory agencies; oversees planning, permitting, construction, commissioning, closeout, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and project controls; and prepares project documentation. Candidates need at least seven years of construction project management experience, strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid leave, and compensation of $130,000 to $150,000.
