Description
The role manages assigned construction projects across cost, quality, schedule, profitability, permitting, bonding, insurance, subcontractor coordination, change orders, and client communication. It requires a bachelor's degree or three to five years of related experience, strong construction-document and mathematical skills, a driver's license, and proficiency with construction-management software such as Contract Manager, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
