Paul Davis Restoration is hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects from estimate approval through final completion. The role manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, equipment, job-site quality and safety, change orders, profitability, customer relationships, and project challenges while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Candidates should have project management experience in reconstruction, restoration, residential or commercial construction, remodeling, or related industries, along with the ability to read construction documents and manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and customer relationships.
