The role manages project scope, schedule, budget, documentation, compliance, financial performance, customer relationships, field personnel, mobilization, invoicing, closeout, and cross-functional coordination, with occasional project-related travel. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or construction management field and at least seven years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, general contracting, construction management, or a comparable technical project environment.
