Description
Red Cedar Construction Services is hiring a full-time Construction Project Manager to own project delivery from contract execution through closeout. The role manages budgets, forecasts, change orders, subcontractors, schedules, quality, safety, risk, documentation, owner communication, and project closeout while supporting the Director of Construction and collaborating with field superintendents and other project teams. The position is based onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina, with active construction-site presence, and requires at least five years of commercial construction project management experience with full P&L responsibility.
