The Project Manager will oversee various aspects of project administration, including managing teams, cultivating client relationships, engaging in pre-construction processes like bidding and scheduling, ensuring quality assurance, evaluating risks, negotiating contracts, making budget decisions, leading progress meetings, and overseeing design development.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
six months of estimating/preconstruction and Field experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Mission Critical Data Center projects.
Proven knowledge of complex mission-critical MEP systems.
Thorough understanding of early turnover dates and mission-critical commissioning processes.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Procore, P6, and other management tools.
Ability to communicate proactively and effectively, focusing on customer needs and demonstrating professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
Proven ability to manage light industrial projects, including office/warehouse, retail, and strip mall-type projects.
Ability to take ownership and effectively communicate with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
