SEG, Inc. is hiring a full-time Project Manager I in Hamilton, Virginia, with travel to regional jobsites as needed. The role manages construction projects from origination through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, design professionals, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors; overseeing schedules, budgets, permits, safety, compliance, documentation, and project controls; and supporting estimating and proposal strategy. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, 5–7 years of commercial or industrial general contractor experience, and proficiency with construction software.
