Description
SFV Services is hiring a mid-level Construction Project Manager in Palm Harbor, Florida, to autonomously manage 1–3 concurrent commercial tenant improvement and retail construction projects valued at $1M–$3M. The role owns project budgets, estimates, cost-to-complete forecasting, change orders, subcontractor selection and accountability, schedules, permitting, construction, close-out, client and design relationships, quality and safety, and business development. Candidates need direct experience with $1M–$5M commercial projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency with Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office. The position is office-based, requires a connection to the Tampa metro area, offers approximately $90,000 base plus a bonus plan, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
