Description
Speedwell Construction, Inc. is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role manages schedules, budgets, permits, change orders, costs, billing, contracts, submittals, RFIs, warranties, and stakeholder relationships while supervising Project Engineers and Project Coordinators and supporting the Project Superintendent. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA 10 certification, at least five years of construction or related experience, and the ability to interpret construction documents; a bachelor’s degree, OSHA 30 certification, and familiarity with construction software are preferred. Work is split between an office, construction sites, and stakeholder meetings, with occasional overnight travel.
