Description
The role is a permanent construction project manager responsible for independent project control and management of turnkey above-ground construction projects, including planning, execution, site supervision, construction organization, quality and schedule monitoring, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, change orders, and performance reporting. The position requires a degree or technical qualification in civil engineering, architecture, project management, or construction, several years of comparable experience, strong German language skills, and proficiency with MS Office, tendering, and scheduling software.
