Description
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Owner's Representative) for a 12-month contract supporting a large-scale data center program in Lebanon, Indiana. The role manages onsite construction, commissioning, turnover, closeout, contractor and stakeholder coordination, schedule and cost risks, project updates, and capital forecasting, while supporting the Lead Construction Manager. Candidates need at least seven years of large-scale capital project construction management experience, critical-facility or data center experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and deep expertise in at least one construction discipline. The position is fully onsite and pays $80.00–$100.00 per hour; benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, and leave benefits.
