Description
The role leads site supervisors, coordinates subcontractors, manages the client interface, project schedules, contractual performance, invoicing, settlement, and variation orders, and performs independent project cost estimating. Candidates need an engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification, knowledge of German construction contract procedures, leadership and interpersonal skills, and MS Office proficiency.
