Description
The Construction Project Manager will oversee multifamily and other construction projects from pre-construction planning and procurement through execution and close-out. The role coordinates contractors and design professionals, prepares project schedules, budgets, cash-flow and payment tracking documents, reviews contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications, and performs site inspections. The position requires an associate degree or relevant experience, a valid United States driver’s license, and the ability to travel to client sites; it has no supervisory responsibilities and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
