Description
Under the guidance of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, the individual will manage small projects independently and oversee phases of larger university construction projects. This includes assisting in the planning, oversight, and coordination of design, construction, and renovation phases, providing overall project management for simultaneous projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and university standards, managing project flow, preparing documentation like contracts and schedules, processing invoices, estimating budgets, and utilizing computer-based project-tracking systems.
