Wight & Company is hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage commercial and institutional projects from initiation through completion. The role covers preconstruction scoping and bidding, subcontractor coordination, project scheduling, cost and financial management, change orders, RFI resolution, client communication, quality control, and bid pursuits. Candidates need an engineering or construction management undergraduate degree, at least seven years of project management experience, and experience with bidding, subcontractor management, scheduling, and cost reporting.
