The role involves managing construction projects across the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, primarily an office-based position with occasional field duties. Key responsibilities include adhering to contract terms, ensuring quality assurance, coordinating field activities, resolving conflicts, assisting with inspections, and presenting final project deliverables.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10-15 years of experience with civil engineering and/or construction management
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate technical work and satisfy clients.
Proven track record of successful client interaction including initiating contracts, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and securing referrals.
Ability to read, review, and perform technical reviews of plans and specifications for design and construction projects.
Monitor projects from design through construction for compliance with contract terms, conditions, codes, policies, and regulations.
Demonstrated capability to organize and manage multi-disciplined project tasks, be subject matter or functional area expert on each project and manage Architecture/Engineering Construction Projects.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and various document control software.
Knowledgeable in the use of CPM scheduling programs and project management software.
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing.
Capacity to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills with limited supervision.
