JASARA PMC is seeking a Construction Project Manager with onsite construction experience specializing in civil infrastructure. The role leads the planning, design review, and construction phases of infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, and drainage; manages schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, suppliers, and crews; ensures safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance; conducts site inspections and progress meetings; mitigates risks; and prepares reports for stakeholders and clients. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least 10 years of civil infrastructure construction project management experience, strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency with project management software.
