The role is responsible for cost estimation and project planning for earthworks, deep construction, and road construction; evaluating and optimizing designs; coordinating with clients and authorities; managing technical planners; tendering and awarding contracts; developing technical alternatives; and serving as the point of contact for construction execution. Candidates need a civil engineering, infrastructure management, or related degree, or vocational construction training, along with practical experience in deep construction and cost estimation or planning.
