Description
EV Construction is hiring an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to lead commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role owns project execution, budget assembly, estimating, scheduling, contract documents, change orders, financial tracking, risk mitigation, and coordination with field teams, owners, designers, and trade partners. It requires at least five years of relevant construction experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, and proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam or Adobe.
