EV Construction is hiring a full-time Facilities Services Project Manager to lead quick-hit construction, restoration, commercial construction, and client build-out projects from preconstruction through completion. The role manages project planning, schedules, contracts, change orders, client coordination, field support, trade relationships, and financials, including cost estimating and invoicing. Candidates need at least five years of construction or reconstruction/restoration experience, a relevant four-year degree or equivalent hands-on experience, plan-reading ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and Bluebeam proficiency.
