Description
The role independently manages construction projects in HVAC, building services, and electrical engineering; coordinates technical trades across project phases; and ensures schedule, cost, and quality objectives. It also manages external planning offices and construction companies, coordinates with clients and authorities, and supports planning, tendering, and subcontractor awarding. The profile requires a degree or technician qualification in building services, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable training, several years of construction or project-management experience, knowledge of VOB and building regulations, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.
