Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is hiring a Construction Project Manager - Hyperscale to lead complex industrial and electrical projects from planning and budgeting through closeout. The role manages schedules, resources, risks, costs, change orders, stakeholder communication, safety, coordination with other trades, and project handoff, while mentoring team members. Candidates need substantial construction management or site-supervision experience, a valid driver’s license, and may be eligible for relocation assistance from outside a 50-mile radius of Cedar Rapids or Urbandale, Iowa. The expected annual salary is $97,000–$143,000, and Eaton does not offer immigration sponsorship.
