Description
Citadel CPM is hiring a Construction Project Manager I and II to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial and public/educational facility construction projects, including pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and close-out. The role coordinates public agencies and stakeholders, manages budgets and schedules, reviews contractor activities and submittals, negotiates change orders, monitors payments, administers service agreements, coordinates deliveries, and manages project close-out. Candidates need 10–15 years of construction or project and construction management experience, including substantial experience on complex projects exceeding $10M and $20M, along with design-build, BIM, LEED or CHPS, DSA, and OSHA 30 experience. Compensation is $180,000–$240,000 annually, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, and paid-time-off benefits.
