Description
The Director of Construction will support the planning and execution of commercial and industrial real estate development projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role coordinates consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders; reviews drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications; monitors contractor performance; manages site visits, permits, procurement, contracts, and risk issues; and supports turnover, warranty resolution, and post-project reviews. The position requires regular presence in the company's Houston office and at active project sites, with occasional travel and extended hours during critical phases.
