ARCO Design/Build is hiring a Construction Design/Build Project Manager Intern/Co-op to gain exposure to the full lifecycle of design-build projects. The role includes estimating, scheduling, design meetings, reporting, subcontractor buyouts, permitting, shop drawing and submittal review, billing, job-site visits, training, and business development. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited civil, mechanical, architectural, construction management, building science, or construction engineering undergraduate or graduate program and hold a driver’s license; previous construction co-op or intern experience and a GPA of 3.0 or higher are preferred.
