ISI Professional Services is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide Owner's Representative construction management services to a Department of Defense client. The role supports ongoing construction projects valued from $1 million to $10 million, including site evaluations, constructability and code-compliance surveys, scope and schedule development, progress tracking, submittals, permits, reporting, and project briefings. The position is fully on-site in Arlington, Virginia, requires U.S. citizenship and a Public Trust clearance, and offers 0–10% travel to nearby federal facilities.
