Description
The Construction Project Manager will oversee conceptual and construction projects, primarily conversions, new builds, and modernization of retail and commercial properties. The role is responsible for project financial, scheduling, and quality success, process improvement, planning and construction services, contract preparation and review, tender negotiations, claims, handovers, order management, and project meetings. Candidates need a technical degree in architecture or civil engineering or equivalent experience, several years of project management or comparable experience, negotiation and communication skills, initiative, commitment, and willingness to travel.
