Upchurch is hiring a Project Manager to lead multiple commercial mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. The role oversees scheduling, budgets, procurement, financials, submittals, RFIs, change orders, field coordination, client and vendor relationships, safety, and project close-out, while mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. Candidates need at least five years of mechanical or commercial construction project management experience, HVAC, plumbing, or process piping experience, and must be able to travel 80–100% of the time.
