ABM Technical Solutions is hiring a Project Manager for its PMO within the Infrastructure Solutions Group to lead planning, scheduling, control, coordination, budgeting, contract compliance, subcontractor and vendor management, safety, documentation, and closeout for complex IS, BES, ESCO, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and energy projects. The role manages a portfolio of projects up to $20,000,000 or more annually and requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering, architectural, construction, or similar field plus at least 10 years of industry-specific experience, including seven years in infrastructure solutions, building energy solutions, ESCO, or large commercial HVAC, mechanical, and electrical project management. The salary range is $74,200 to $137,800, with benefits and possible incentive or bonus participation.
