Description
The employer is recruiting an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple prefabricated and modular building projects from contract handoff through design, procurement, production, delivery, installation, and closeout. The role is based at the company's Minden production facility and is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to installation sites, factories, vendors, or customer locations. Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, schedule, change orders, documentation, risks, customer expectations, and coordination across contractors, designers, production teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. The position requires at least three years of construction project management experience and offers a base salary of $80,000–$90,000 annually plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
