The role manages and coordinates construction projects across multiple locations in Germany, including developability assessments, planning and legal reviews, building-permit procedures, stakeholder coordination, site visits, construction execution oversight, inspections, and monitoring of costs, schedules, quality, and risks. Candidates need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management, further technical training or a comparable qualification with extensive practical experience, several years of construction project-management or project-coordination experience, knowledge of construction processes and building law, strong communication skills, willingness to travel regularly within Germany, and a Class B driver’s license.
