Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Reconstruction Project Manager in the Flowood and Jackson, Mississippi area to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from initial scope through final completion. The role manages projects ranging from $5,000 to $200,000+, coordinates subcontractors and trade partners, monitors job sites, schedules, budgets, change orders, documentation, safety, and closeout, and communicates with homeowners, business owners, and insurance professionals. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 base plus a quarterly performance bonus. Strong construction project management experience, subcontractor coordination, blueprint reading, scheduling, customer communication, and field availability are required; insurance restoration, commercial construction, large-loss, and Xactimate or Symbility experience are preferred.
