Description

Renewable Energy Systems is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead multiple renewable energy and infrastructure projects from contract execution through construction, commissioning, and closeout. The role owns budgets, schedules, forecasts, cost-to-complete, change orders, financial reporting, subcontractor performance, stakeholder coordination, and complex rural-Alaska logistics. It is a full-time position based in Anchorage or Fairbanks, Alaska, with intermittent travel to remote project sites and villages, and offers $110,000–$130,000 annually plus benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Seven or more years of progressive project management experience
Experience managing construction, infrastructure, or energy projects through execution and closeout
Experience managing project budgets of $1 million or more, including forecasting, cost tracking, and financial accountability
Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, competing priorities, and project risk
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
PMP certification
Experience managing projects in Alaska or rural Alaska communities
Renewable energy, utility-scale solar, electrical contracting, or related energy-infrastructure experience
Experience coordinating remote-site freight, barges, air cargo, or other complex mobilization logistics
