GHD is hiring a Construction Project Manager for its East Water Business in New York City, New York. The role manages water infrastructure construction projects from design review through closeout, coordinating owners, designers, contractors, and engineering teams while overseeing schedules, budgets, compliance, inspections, change orders, documentation, testing, and project handover. The position also supports client and customer management, business development, proposal preparation, and project assurance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a New York Professional Engineer’s license, and 12–15 years of relevant municipal water, wastewater, linear infrastructure, dam, and reservoir construction experience, including construction management or resident engineering experience.
