Description
The role plans and processes commercial and residential construction projects, modernizations, renovations, and conversions; prepares design, approval, construction, and detailed plans; prepares tender documents; coordinates construction execution; and manages specialist planners, executing companies, authorities, and other stakeholders. The position requires a degree in architecture or a comparable qualification, knowledge of HOAI performance phases 1–9 and building regulations, CAD and planning software skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities.
