Description
The Work Preparer prepares and coordinates multiple construction projects, including project plans, schedules, administrative records, technical drawings, budgets, purchasing, permits, and VGM plans. The role collaborates with site managers, estimators, project managers, clients, suppliers, and colleagues, while monitoring progress and identifying risks. It requires an MBO or HBO background in construction engineering, prior work-preparer or similar experience, Dutch language skills, and accurate planning and organizational abilities. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,000–€5,500, 25 vacation days, pension benefits, training opportunities, and a hybrid work option.
