Description
SDV Construction is hiring a Construction Quality & Efficiency Manager to work across preconstruction, estimating, project management, field operations, and safety. The role focuses on identifying risks, improving quality and project execution, reducing rework, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement through collaboration with project teams, field leadership, subcontractors, and clients. Candidates need at least 10 years of commercial construction experience, strong leadership and analytical skills, quality-management experience, proficiency with construction and Microsoft Office software, and willingness to travel within the metropolitan area and surrounding regions. The position offers a Monday-through-Thursday 4–10 schedule with hybrid and remote flexibility depending on seasonality and roles, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
