Description
The Construction Quality Control (CQC) Manager leads project-level quality planning and field quality execution for Construction and Integrated Services construction and design-build projects at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The role develops and manages quality control plans, definable-feature controls, inspections, tests, records, nonconformance and corrective-action processes, and acceptance documentation; coordinates with project and design teams, trade partners, testing agencies, authorities having jurisdiction, and client representatives; and has authority to stop or restrict work when quality is compromised. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree and extensive construction quality experience, or an alternative seven-year experience path, along with OSHA 30-Hour training and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office. Travel or temporary relocation may be required per project assignments.
