DEW is hiring an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to develop and manage quality control systems for construction projects. The role oversees inspections, materials, workmanship, testing, documentation, compliance reporting, subcontractor quality reviews, and coordination with project teams, clients, regulators, and third-party inspectors. It also involves training staff, analyzing quality trends, and recommending process improvements. The position requires at least five to seven years of construction quality control experience, with a preferred engineering or construction management degree and relevant certifications.
