HGL is hiring a remote Construction QC Specialist III to provide on-site quality-control leadership for nationwide environmental construction and remediation projects. The role requires approximately 70% travel to project sites across the United States, with onsite work ranging from 8 to 12 hours per day and project rotations of approximately one week off every four weeks. Responsibilities include reviewing specifications and construction activities, confirming materials and equipment, performing QC checks, documenting deficiencies, and maintaining project records. The position requires at least three years of experience as a Construction Quality Control Manager for a USACE project and five years of construction management experience near heavy equipment and excavation activities, along with strong communication, documentation, and technical skills. The annual salary is $83,895 to $125,843.
