Microsoft is hiring a full-time Construction Quality Manager for the Johor Bahru metro to oversee QA/QC across 3–4 concurrent construction sites. The role coordinates quality activities, audits, reporting, issue management, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement; mentors site-based quality personnel; and supports project delivery through data-driven performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of building-construction experience, including quality management, commissioning, testing, and management of multiple projects.
