Description
The Construction Quality Assurance Engineer evaluates schedules, work performance, safety, documentation, and contractor quality-control activities for repair and construction projects at referenced facilities. The role coordinates with contractors, facilities, infection-control and safety personnel, project-management staff, and government officials; monitors compliance with NFPA, Joint Commission, safety, and USACE quality-assurance requirements; prepares project-status reports; and supports utility outages. Candidates need healthcare or military-medical construction experience, hospital electronic and nurse-call-system experience, construction quality-control or facility-management experience, five years of commercial-construction experience, strong MS Office skills, and a Tier 3 government security clearance.
