The role independently manages billing and measurement for building construction projects, reviews quantities and services, analyzes contracts for change orders, ensures timely and complete invoicing, and coordinates with internal and external project stakeholders. Candidates need construction technology vocational training or a civil engineering degree, relevant construction billing or site-management experience, German language skills at a professional negotiating level, and preferably iTWO or comparable billing-system experience.
