RPG Squarefoot Solutions is hiring a mid-level Construction Robotics Outside Sales professional in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The role focuses on B2B prospecting, presentations, CRM and pipeline management, sales quotas, customer training, quotations and service agreements, and promoting construction layout robot technology. Candidates should have construction industry knowledge, sales experience, familiarity with Total Station and surveying technologies, strong communication and negotiation skills, customer-focused problem solving, willingness to travel, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Total target compensation is $120,000 consisting of base salary plus commission, and benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, sick leave, holidays, and summer Friday hours.
